We are thrilled to announce that Nitanee is the GRAND PRIZE WINNER in the John Lennon Songwriting Competition Electronic Category for her song “Traveler”, co-written with Una Jensen! This is Nitanee's third GRAND PRIZE in the prestigious competition (2021, 2020, & 2018). She has been a finalist many times in multiple categories in the past, and she won the LENNON AWARD in 2018.
More good news, Nitanee is also finalist in the Gospel/Inspirational category for “In This Song”, which she created for a film project with Mariia Tsvetkova. The JLSC has many thousands of applicants from around the world and the judges include: George Clinton, Natasha Bedingfield, Bob Weir, Matthew Koma Jimmy Cliff, Nathan East, Shiela E, Gaby Moreno, Switchfoot, American Authors, and many more. Nitanee and her collaborators are grateful to the judges panel and honored for this recognition!! "Traveler" will be moving onto the Lennon Awards in the spring!
